It comes with grass tiles that I used in a very tedious process of going over all the other "grass" foundation pieces that I actually built the settlement on top of (which came from SOE I believe). I use it a lot to cover up any clipping issues, uneven terrain, and/or just to dress up plain looking areas. It comes with a few clean/institute themed items.Īlso, I personally like Northland Diggers for all the greenery that you see. Homemaker also has a lot of furniture pieces that I used, I think some of them are actually variations of pieces that I see included in SOE or others but still its good for some variety.Ĭreative Clutter is great for doing some quick decorating and adding a "lived-in" feel to a room very quickly and easily. Also, it comes along with a fairly decent variety of interior decorations, institute signs, and modern/clean furniture pieces. SOE has the vast majority of the big stuff (institute and glass walls, foundations, floors, roofs, etc). I think Settlement Objects Expansion Pack has to have been the single most essential mod for this build.
